To make sure your body is virtually seamless, take one side of the sheet and move towards the opposite edge, gently form a cylinder shape. Use 3 available side tabs to secure. Once the cylinder walls are formed, add stability by using an end cap. Insert contents and seal the open container end using the second cap.
